Сthe frequent and prosperous life of the charming girl Anna Zolotareva (Yulia Podozerova) is destroyed by a terrible car accident. As a result of a terrible traffic accident, her husband, whom the heroine loved very much, dies. As a result of the accident, Anya herself was taken to the hospital, where she lies in a coma. Waking up, the unfortunate woman learns the terrible truth: her husband is no longer in the world.
A little later, the girl is informed that her mother, unable to bear the pain of the tragedy, died right on the day of the accident. From now on, all property of Zolotareva, even the house, legally passed to her husband's relatives according to the will. Anna makes a bold decision: to leave the capital and start life from scratch.
The victim of circumstances returns to his native provincial town of Tikhorechensk. She was sheltered by Aunt Marina. Anna soon recovered at least a little from the shock and tried to join her normal life. She got a job at a local school as a teacher of Russian language and literature.
In this educational institution, she will have to educate and find a common language with difficult hooligan teenagers, also with toxic and envious colleagues. In addition, the girl will face a fatal meeting with Fyodor Shulgin, a former military man who almost lost his sight.
